Just spotted these Star Wars inflatables in a post about Halloween decorated yards and was quite amused by the Mandalorian one.

Anyone else seen any good SW Halloween merchandise or fanworks?

Oh, my neighbor has an inflatable Baby Yoda in their yard! Further down the street there is an inflatable R2D2, which I don't think I've seen before.

A few years ago, some friends and I pulled together a bunch of Legends fics for Halloween that we had a lot of fun with. Good times.

Ngl now I’m thinking of a silly au where Luke and Han start a ghost hunting holovid show like Ghost Files.

Han: “I think I fought a sith spirit.”
Luke: “I don’t think you fought a sith spirit.”
Han: “… I think I killed him.”

Han is the emotional support skeptic while Luke is the believer who doesn’t want ghosts to interact with him.

Oh lol, that would be hilarious.

  • It starts with a visit to some ancient temple in the middle of nowhere. Luke's idea; officially it's Jedi research, but mostly it's to stop them from losing their minds over the endless politics.
  • Leia films it. She likes not having to be in front of the holocamera for once.
  • "Luke is the believer who doesn’t want ghosts to interact with him" -- this is at least 50% because the very real ghosts in his life. He doesn't need any more! I'm also imagining some passive-aggressive comments whenever Ben has too much Opinions.
  • Han, meanwhile, is 100% talking shit as a coping mechanism for dealing with Luke and Leia talking to free air.
  • Sooner or later they actually find a Sith ghost, because OF COURSE.
