This week’s topic is “Tag & Bink”, the non-canon, non-Legends, non-anything comic series about a duo of inept Rebels.

Wookieepedia tells me the characters have “achieved a cult status”, but I have never heard of them before. Have you?

Yeah, it makes no sense. Kenobi was entertaining in a few episodes but the writing was messy. I couldn’t connect it to the original saga at all.

On the one hand, I loved it (Obi-wan and Leia were wonderfully acted; that last scene with Anakin/Vader!); on the other, I just did not get it (the inquisitors could have been cut with no disruption to the plot--they were only there for the cartoon tie-in; general inconsistencies with the OT). I'll take it like I do all non-OT projects: as authorized fan fiction.

Yup, definitely agree with what you said. You summed it up perfectly.

Tho out of the sw shows, I liked Mando the most, because the writing was better and consistent.
